I've had an amazing career working on marketing teams in retail, automotive, wine and spirits, grocery, restaurant chains, home decor, and now health clubs. My expertise is integrating traditional media elements with event and local marketing.
I'm this blog's author and am currently the CMO for In-Shape Family Fitness.
In October 2021 I also became a health coach. If you want to build healthier habits and control your weight, email me or fill out a health assessment form! (here)

Ha-ha, yes we live in "Natural Granola" capital ;-). Last week was the first time I actually bought granola and baked with it. Not my deserted island kind of stash.
