Peach Jalapeno Martini - perfect for your "Big Game" party

I wrote about this martini last summer and thought I would reprise it for any of you having a party to watch the Superbowl.

 

This martini is fantastic because it's not too sweet and the little bit of heat you get from the jalapeno slice is fantastic and really addictive.  It will pair well with all the munchies and dips you serve at your party.

Peach Jalapeno Martini

In a cocktail shaker add:
Juice of one lime mixed with simple syrup to taste
1 oz Ocean Spray white cranberry juice (available at Safeway or BevMo)
2 oz Absolut Peach Vodka
Add ice. Shake. Pour in martini glass.
Add one slice, fresh, raw jalapeno on top.
